Kept Bang Saray Hotel Pattaya

There are varieties of foods and drinks here. All tastes very good and seafoods are very fresh. With the nice atmosphere and decoration you would love this place. If I have a chance to see sunset here, I think it would be a magnificent view. 😍 There is also a cafe here, you can walk to the pier and have coffee, dessert, and meal there. There is a fish and squid fishing at the peir. You can contact the front desk for the service.

Decent sized room, not crammed but too pricey for the amenities and facilities offered. Full on facilities was offered at a better price point some place else. Here their highlight is the water villa. Facilities offered was only a kids sandbox, swimming pool and pool tables. The hotel is situated in the middle of a village. Right in-front of the hotel would be homes of the locals

Even though this hotel’s normal check-in time is 3pm (while other hotels are 2pm), I had to wait another 1.5 hours to get my room. The reason they gave was there were many guests. It was a 3-day weekend. A good hotel management would be well planned for an influx of guests. But, it was just Day 1 and for the guests that checked out before the start of a long weekend! When I wanted to bring our luggages to the room, they insisted that someone would help, but nobody did anything. After another extended wait, I went downstairs, and my luggages were sitting on the reception counter. There was no other guests doing the check-in, and the staff were chatting at the counter with our luggages sitting next to them! The offered a daily boat tour along the shore at 5pm. They cancelled that boat tour because of some rain, but they didn’t inform the guests, and we waited for nothing (again)! They kept saying “I’m sorry”, but did not redeem anything with their actions. The next morning at breakfast, I ordered an Egg Benedict. As I used my fork to cut the egg to get the egg yolk, the liquid that they used to poach the egg flew out from inside the poached egg and filled my plate. I could not eat that egg. The aircon stopped 4 times during my stay, one of which I had to call a technician to check. The hot water was not hot. The room cost me THB10,000+ per night! With the tiny room they gave, limited amenities, no beach and no access to the ocean water, and their kind of services, it is ways overpriced! Staying there was such a waste of my money and my trip. I will never go back there again!

Nice hotel with a unique design. Previously this was the Thailand Game Fishing building and they have some old photographs in the reception showing various activities and people with fish they had caught. The rooms have great views of the sea and Pattaya across the bay. The resort is built around a reclaimed teak pier system which includes the cafe at the end, the swimming pool and the restaurant they also have some villas actually on stilts in the water. Our room was a bit unusual, it was on two levels with a small sitting area and a bedroom upstairs both have great views over the bay The AC worked well but a bit noisy, shower was great and the bed was large and very comfortable
